Having always prided itself on being at the forefront of the primary industry, Mt. Uncle Grazing Co. has recently taken the initiative to help preserve and protect the environmental integrity of the property & its surrounds. Implementing an Environmental Management System (which meets ISO – 140001) ensures rehabilitation of degraded areas, as well as maintaining the pristine structures of the surrounding ecosystems for generations to come. This system guarantees that all Mt. Uncle Grazing Co. produce and the ingredients that make up the “Essence” range of liqueurs are 100% environmentally friendly.
