Rum Old Fashioned

2 ounces FNQ Rum Co. Iridium 

1 barspoon Demorara Syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

2 dashes Orange Bitters

Demerara Syrup

 2 cups Demerara Sugar 

  1 cup water 

Method

For Demerara Syrup

Mix two cups Demerara (natural brown) sugar with one cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool before using. As an alternative place one or two brown sugar cubes in your rocks glass and allow to dissolve in the drink. 

For Rum Old Fashioned

Combine rum, syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with large ice. Stir vigorously and strain into a double rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with orange twist.

45ml Iridium Gold Rum

Ginger Beer

Fresh Lime

Method

Build over Ice and garnish with fresh lime slice.

Champagne Bottle

Purr-Fect

45ml Sexycat Liqueur

Chilled Dry Sparkling Wine

Method

Poor Sexycat Liqueur and top up with Sparkling wine. Garnish with marshmallow.

 

20-30 ml Sexycat Liqueur

60 ml Gin or Vodka

Method

Place ice in a mixing glass, filling it at 2/3 full.

Poor in the ingredient.

Stir gently for about 5 seconds until all ingredient are cold.

Strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish with marshmallow.

Cocktail Making

60ml FNQ Platinum Cane Spirit

120ml Ginger beer

15ml Lime juice

5 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Method

Fill the glass 3/4 with ice

Combine all ingredience except bitters and stir.

Dash bitters on top of glass.

Garnish with a stick of sugar cane and slice of lime.
