Agave Australis Rested Agave Spirit is crafted from 100 percent blue agave grown at altitude in the volcanic soils of Far North Queensland. The agave is slow roasted in a volcanic rock pit before being distilled in traditional copper pots at Mt Uncle Distillery.
After distillation, the spirit is rested for six months in American oak barrels. This adds soft oak, vanilla and gentle spice while keeping the fresh agave character bright, clean and expressive.
