Enjoy a guided tasting of Mt Uncle’s award-winning spirits on the Atherton Tablelands. Choose your pours from across our range while learning how flavour is built through fermentation, copper pot distillation and tropical maturation.

Approximately 30 minutes
Tasting flight
Four 15ml pours. Choose from FNQ Rum Co, Agave Australis and Botanic Australis, neat or with a mixer.
Price
A$20.00 per guest. Upgrade to a larger flight available on the day.
Available time slots: 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm daily.
