Join us for a guided tasting at Mt Uncle Distillery in the heart of the Atherton Tablelands.
During your visit you’ll enjoy a tasting flight of four spirits from across the Mt Uncle range. Guests are invited to choose their selections from our portfolio, including FNQ Rum Co, Agave Australis and Botanic Australis.
Each tasting is served as a 15ml pour. Guests may enjoy their spirits neat or with a mixer, with our team guiding you through the flavour, production and story behind each spirit.
Founded by Mark Watkins in 2001, Mt Uncle Distillery is one of Australia’s longest-running craft distilleries, producing premium spirits using natural spring water and locally sourced ingredients from Far North Queensland.
Tastings typically run for around 20–30 minutes.
Guests may upgrade to a larger tasting flight during their visit.
