These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from our online shop. Please read them before ordering. By using the site you agree to them.

Age restriction
Alcohol is sold only to people aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over and that any person receiving the delivery is 18 or over.
In Australia, it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. We may ask for proof of age, and we may refuse or cancel an order where we are required to do so by law or by our licence conditions.
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, use it to send unlawful or harmful material, or copy or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without our permission.
Product information
We take care to describe our products accurately, including their tasting notes, alcohol content and volume. Bottle images, labels and vintages may vary between releases, and screen colours may differ from the product itself.
Prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Shipping is charged separately and is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
Availability and orders
Our products are made in small batches and availability can change. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch it.
If a product is unavailable after you have ordered, or if an order cannot be supplied for legal reasons, we will contact you and refund you for the affected items.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price. We will contact you first.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Delivery
Delivery options and charges are confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address you give us. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive an alcohol delivery, and proof of age may be required.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images, branding and our brand names, belongs to Mt Uncle Distillery or is used with permission. You may not use it without our written permission, other than for your own personal, non commercial use.
Links to other sites
This site may link to sites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
