An Australian twist on an old London dry gin recipe crafted using a blend of 14 Australian native botanicals with a hint of Far North Queensland influence including mango leaf, Daintree vanilla and Nerada tea from the Atherton Tablelands. The structured blend allows it to stand out from any other gin on the market with its unique tropically floral taste. A hint of juniper to start off and then the intensity of the other flavours starts to come through. Vanilla, mango leaf and then a hint of refreshing tea tannin.
