Agave Australis Aged Agave Spirit is crafted from blue agave grown at altitude in the volcanic soils of Far North Queensland and roasted slowly in a volcanic rock pit to build rich layered flavour. Distilled in copper pots, it matures for two years in American oak barrels to achieve depth complexity and balance.
 
The extended ageing reveals notes of oak vanilla and caramel while retaining the distinctive character of Australian agave shaped by climate elevation and volcanic terroir. Full bodied and warm amber in colour, Aged is ideal for sipping neat or over ice.
