Agave Australis Silver Agave Spirit is crafted from 100 percent blue agave grown at altitude in the volcanic soils of Far North Queensland. The agave is slow roasted in a volcanic rock pit to develop depth and natural sweetness before being distilled in traditional copper pots at Mt Uncle Distillery.
 
The result is a clean bright spirit with fresh agave character, soft minerality and a crisp smooth finish shaped by the region’s unique terroir. Versatile and expressive, Silver is ideal for sipping neat or mixing into modern cocktails that showcase the purity of Australian grown agave.
