Distilled on our 1500L Arnold Holstein copper pot still “Helga”, this limited release develops depth through carefully managed tropical ageing before finishing in agave barrels that add lifted spice, herbaceous warmth and a refined savoury edge.

Built from Queensland cane and matured in the heat and humidity of the Atherton Tablelands, the result is a rum with richness, structure and exceptional length.
